Pre-Installation Call: Our installer will contact you to ensure everything is ready for the install. Questions like your WiFi provider and a speed test will be discussed to confirm your doorbell's performance.
App Setup: If all checks out, you'll receive a link to download the Ring app and a demo to familiarize yourself with it before installation.
Appointment Duration: Please allow an hour for the installation, though most appointments are completed within 30 minutes due to pre-installation prep.
Feature Setup: The installer will help set up basic functions, including sharing the doorbell with others. Additional features like Neighborhood alerts can be added later.
Post-Installation Support: You'll receive a checklist, helpful tips, and a link to our Senior's Better Living Blog for ongoing support and updates in senior-oriented technology.
